Alexander Haj is CFT’s Jr. officer of community philanthropy, supporting capacity building, grantmaking, and economic security through the Working Family Success Network.
Prior to joining CFT in 2021, Alexander worked as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement at his alma mater, Austin College. There he worked on alumni volunteer programming and fundraising efforts. He also worked at the Texoma Health Foundation where he supported place-based philanthropy in the development and launch of the Texoma Health Foundation Park.
