As a deputy director of programs for Educate Texas, Aubrey seeks out strategic partnerships for school districts, community groups, businesses and industry to facilitate high-quality work-based learning opportunities that drive economic development, close wage/equity gaps, and create post-secondary degree and credential attainment.

Prior to joining CFT, Aubrey was the strategic partnerships and programs coordinator at the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy, handling campaign management, program assessment, and evaluation for over 60 schools, 30 corporate sponsors, and 40 literacy/education partners.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in business from the University of Houston, and she is an MBA candidate in leadership, process improvement and resource development.
