Christie supports the program management and operations for the Texas Network for School Improvement, a collaborative focused on improving outcomes for middle school students in north Texas.

Prior to joining CFT, she led network programming at Teach for America in Houston, creating transformative experiences to equip leaders with knowledge and skills to expand opportunity for students and create systems-level impact. She also taught math in Oklahoma City and the United Kingdom.

Christie holds a bachelor’s in human development from Virginia Tech.
