As CFT's HR program manager in learning and engagement, Colleen works with employee committees to coordinate and execute initiatives, focusing on improving employee culture and engagement to achieve the goals of CFT.
Prior to joining CFT, Colleen was the owner of a quick-service restaurant franchise, served on the city council, and has worked in human resources and event planning for nonprofit organizations.
