As a business engagement officer for CFT for Business, Elizabeth collaborates with companies to guide their corporate social responsibility strategies, employee engagement programs and volunteer initiatives.

Prior to joining CFT, she was director of community engagement at Genesis Women's Shelter & Support in Dallas, steering the organization's auxiliary groups and leading efforts to grow and diversify their boards and collective membership base. Elizabeth began her career as a consultant with Public Strategies, specializing in public affairs, communications and crisis management.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, she is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas.
