Kaci Thane is a program officer on CFT’s Learning and Insights team. She builds the data systems and procedures that track the results of the foundation’s grantmaking, supporting data-driven decisions about CFT’s work within communities and connecting organizations to evaluation resources. Within the Philanthropy Team, she is a contact for organizations whose work focuses on the natural environment and public greenspace, as well as healthy food access and food equity. She also helps lead CFT’s Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy program.

Prior to joining CFT in 2018 as a philanthropy associate, Kaci served as consultant director of 180 Degrees Consulting at Texas A&M, where she devoted the majority of her time seeking to contribute positive impact to the nonprofit sector.

Kaci holds a bachelor’s in business management from Texas A&M, with a focus on entrepreneurship, and an additional certificate in nonprofits and social innovation.
