Kate is deputy director of programs for Educate Texas, supporting our statewide and regional networks for improvement. Included in this portfolio is regional and statewide collective impact, the Texas Network for School Improvement (TXNSI) Collaborative and the Texas Urban Council.

Kate began her career as a high school math teacher in Memphis, Tennessee, through Teach for America. Prior to joining Educate Texas, Kate was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting in Dallas.

She holds a bachelor’s of business administration in finance and entrepreneurial management from Texas Christian University.
