Kristin leads strategic learning through the development of data and analytic and evaluation systems designed to produce meaningful insights about the impact of our work through CFT and Educate Texas. She also leads the program team supporting the Texas Network for School Improvement (TXNSI) which is focused on improving outcomes for middle school students in north Texas
Prior to joining CFT in 2011, Kristin worked at the education research center at the University of Texas at Dallas and in the financial services industry for Associates First Capital and GE Capital.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s of business administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin, a master’s in public administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Ph.D. in public policy and political economy from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Community Leadership / Board Service
Kristin is a trustee on the Richardson ISD school board and is an alumna of the Leadership Richardson program. Kristin was selected by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) for the Leadership Class of 2019. Kristin is certified as a Master Trustee by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB).
