As CFT’s HR program manager in learning and engagement, Colleen is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of learning and engagement initiatives with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture that prioritizes learning, well-being and belonging.

Prior to joining CFT, Colleen was the owner of a quick-service restaurant franchise, served on the city council, and has worked in human resources and event planning for nonprofit organizations.
