Favorite Aspect of CFT
"I appreciate the investment made not only in the people within the organization, but the work being done within the communities. The level of involvement and intention is one that enables all involved the opportunity to help bust barriers, especially for those who come from marginalized backgrounds."

As deputy director of programs for CFT, Juan assists in implementing college access programs throughout the state that allow students to thrive as they look to transition to higher education.

Prior to joining CFT, Juan worked at Dallas College as a TRIO academic adviser and a program lead for the Male Achievement Program. In those roles, he collaborated with students from diverse backgrounds to aid in the navigation of their higher education journey.
