As deputy director of RGV FOCUS, Milly manages the development and implementation of key initiatives and works in partnership with stakeholders, philanthropy, business, state agencies, community-based organizations, nonprofits and legislators.
Prior to joining CFT, Milly was the career and technical education coordinator for the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District.
Milly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Pan American and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
