Tanisia Burton Revis is the Deputy Director of Programs for the Texas Network of School Improvement (TXNSI). Her primary responsibilities include supporting the project management, strategy and project implementation of the Middle School Math Matters initiative as part of the TXNSI.
Prior to joining Educate Texas, Tanisia worked in various teaching and leadership positions across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex for nearly 20 years. She has served in both traditional school district settings and charter school systems.
Tanisia holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Chicago State University and a master’s degree in educational leadership & policy studies from University of Texas at Arlington. She also holds a certification as a project management professional with the Project Management Institute.
