Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT) believes investing in healthcare access helps build a thriving North Texas.

CFT is seeking grant applications from organizations working to support access to affordable and attainable hearing, vision, and dental care.

  • have clear protocols and partnerships to ensure clients receive the appropriate level of escalating care, when needed.
  • advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organization and/or in their programming.

Funding Levels:

CFT will award grants ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 to nonprofit organizations who support health and wellness through dental, vision, or audiology clinical services. The grant application opens Friday February 17, 2023 and closes Friday March 24, 2023. Grant notifications will be made in June 2023.
