Dallas International School educates students of all backgrounds to contribute to a dynamic world with its internationally renowned curriculum, multiple language instruction, and exposure to diverse cultural views. They are a French American bi-lingual Pre-12th grade with two campuses. The upper school is located adjacent to the University of Texas at Dallas and the lower school is adjacent to the Cooper’s Aerobic Center in North Dallas. The school’s population is diverse, speaks multiple languages, and enrolls between 600-700 students. Taught predominately in French, graduates receive either the French or International Baccalaureate and is accredited by the ISAS.

They are looking for 3-5 board members who have legal, real estate, debt restructuring, and strategic planning experience.

They are expecting initial planning of approximately 5-10 hours per month for three months and then 1-2 hours per month as an advisory role.
