Deaf Action Center

  • Deaf Action Center acts as both a resource and a champion for those who are deaf or hard of hearing through the following: senior citizens program, technology referral, ASL classes, a 100-unit apartment complex, interpreting services, advocacy support, and education transitions services.

If you are interested in serving on this board, please contact Laura Tovar at  development@dactexas.org

    • Bring awareness to Deaf Action Center’s cause and help the organization reach spaces that have traditionally been inaccessible to the deaf and hard of hearing community.
    • Board members are asked to make meaningful financial gifts.
    • Members should volunteer in at least one area of interest.
