Friends of PL PREP is an independent foundation created by passionate parents and active community members to raise funds to support programs and services that enhance the learning environment at Personalized Learning Preparatory at Sam Houston (PL Prep). PL Prep is a PK3-5th grade campus located in the heart of Oak Lawn just minutes from Downtown Dallas.

The board is seeking new members to serve three-year terms. PL Prep would like board members who are community members, parents, or other stakeholders with a passion for public education, personalized learning, and/or PL Prep, also with nonprofit administration, fundraising, or grant writing experience. A connection to the Oak Lawn/Uptown area is a plus.

- Some additional work in between monthly meetings, no more than five hours per week
