TLT-Tomorrow’s Leaders Today, Inc. (TLT) is dedicated to helping develop youth leaders through education, collaboration, and mentorships with community and business leaders for the collective benefit of the students and their communities.
TLT offers real-life soft skills training, higher education and career readiness preparation, and remote internships in over 19 areas.

TLT is seeking three new board members to serve two-year terms beginning in late 2023/early 2024. TLT prefers board members skilled in development/fundraising, grant writing, program coordination, social media/marketing, and legal, risk, and compliance.

Attend meetings held on the second Tuesday of January, March, May, August, September, and November. Meetings are hybrid — in-person and via Zoom.

Commit a minimum of six hours each month of time, talent, treasure, and/or facilitating program sessions to support the mission of the organization.

Financially support and promote TLT in a manner commensurate with one’s ability to raise or donate a minimum of $600 annually or $50 per month.

Pass a multi-state criminal background verification annually, prior to attending any event where the TLT participants are present. The results of all information will be maintained by the executive director and remain confidential. The executive director will inform the secretary of the status to be noted as completed in the minutes.

TLT’s target audience is youth that are 13 years old through college students in underserved communities or populations.
