White Rock Rowing aims to improve kid’s lives through rowing participation.
As a National Championship-winning club, they are committed to providing opportunities for public school youth in the Dallas area who might not otherwise have access to a rowing team.
White Rock Rowing offers programs for middle school, high school, adult, and adaptive rowers, including athletes with physical disabilities. Their summer learn-to-row program also helps introduce rowing to new participants in the Dallas area.

White Rock Rowing is looking for two new board members who will serve a term of two years. Ideally, those interested will have experience working in organizations for middle and high school age kids. These positions don’t need to be fundraising positions. Not necessarily a fund; however, experience in real estate is needed. A lawyer and/or accountant would be ideal as would having experience with athletic organizations. Board members would need to attend monthly board meeting.
If you are interested in serving on this board, please contact Tom Ellis at tellis@ellisandassoc.com
