Women In Need (WIN) is a multi-faceted domestic violence resource center that shelters, advocates, and educates for a secure today and provides hope for a safer tomorrow. In addition to providing shelter for abused women and their children, WIN’s legal advocates assist in applying for protective orders and connection to other resources. WIN’s prevention education team connects with students from sixth grade through college by providing information about positive relationships, red flags in abusive ones, and information about resources available through WIN and other agencies in service to victims of domestic violence. Service areas includes Rockwall, Hunt and Rains counties.
