Senior Donor Engagement Specialist

Elizabeth is CFT's senior donor engagement specialist, working to build bridges between CFT fund holders' charitable interests and community needs by offering opportunities for them to broaden their philanthropy, including through CFT’s GiveWisely curriculum.

Prior to joining CFT in 2013, she was the director of philanthropy then the director of corporate engagement for the North Texas Food Bank, and she spent three years in community and corporate partnerships for The Dallas Morning News.

Senior Director of Donor Relations and Services

As senior director of donor relations and services, Carolyn is responsible for developing the overarching strategy and implementation of the CFT’s work with prospects, fundholders, donors, professional advisors, and private foundations including the acceptance of complex and planned gifts. She also develops and manages fund administration protocols and agreements, handling legal and compliance issues, and managing a portfolio of prospects and fundholders.

Before joining CFT in 2011, Carolyn worked at Dallas CASA as the development and finance director, as well as for Texas CASA and the University of Tulsa.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Director of Strategic Relationships

Andy joined CFT's relationships department in July 2020 as director of strategic relationships. He previously served as deputy director of strategy for CFT's Educate Texas, where he worked with the organization's leadership, program teams and funders to align long-term goals and resources to the mission of Educate Texas.

Prior to joining Educate Texas in 2015, Andy was an international tax strategy consultant in Dallas for eight years and a mathematics teacher for four years. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from the University of Texas and a master’s in finance and economics from the Manchester Business School in Manchester, England.
