  • Leaders ages 25-40 interested in learning, engaging, and broadening their impact through philanthropy and strategic giving

Please read the following carefully as it contains important information about program requirements. 

  • The ELP Program is designed for leaders ages 25-40 interested in learning, engaging, and broadening their impact through philanthropy and strategic giving.
  • All program sessions will be held in-person.
  • There are 2 – 4 hours of pre-work for each session (including exercises, learnings, nonprofit grant application reviews, etc.)
  • Attendance at all sessions is mandatory – only one absence is allowed during the program year.
  • The program tuition fee is $250 for nonprofit/government professionals and $500 for business professionals. Note: Limited scholarships are available.
  • In addition to your attendance, we ask for your presence, attention, commitment, and engagement at each session.
  • Optional networking and volunteer opportunities are planned throughout the year to help further connect you with the community and your cohort.
  • Dates for the 2023 program are below. NOTE: all session times occur during business hours except for graduation, which is held in the evening.
    • January 11, 2023: Session One
    • February 8, 2023: Session Two
    • March 22, 2023: Session Three
    • May 17, 2023: Session Four
    • June 14, 2023: Session Five
    • July 19, 2023: Session Six
    • August 16, 2023: Session Seven
    • September 21, 2023: Cohort Graduation
PLEASE NOTE: The 2023 cohort sessions will be in person, but we'll continue to monitor CDC guidelines and recommendations for in-person events.
