Karina is a dedicated project manager on the College and Career Readiness team at Educate Texas, a program of CFT. She oversees project management, consultant contracts and the execution of regional events and the annual College and Career Readiness School Models Leadership Summit. Karina brings a wealth of experience in managing large-scale programs, community-building and event logistics.
Before joining CFT, Karina held positions at Southern Methodist University, where she worked in student affairs assessment and career development, as well as at Huntington Learning Center as assistant director.
Karina is passionate about creating opportunities for positive change through collaboration and strategic planning. Her expertise includes project and program management, event coordination, community of practice management and vendor management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results across diverse educational initiatives.
Karina holds a bachelor’s in political science from Bryn Mawr College and a master’s in educational policy and leadership from Southern Methodist University.
