Investing in the Palacios community

CFT’s Palacios Area Fund

Established in 1981 through contributions from the Trull and Herlin families, the Palacios Area Fund is integral to fostering a vibrant and thriving community. Initially focused on solely granting funds, our scope has expanded to include assisting nonprofit organizations in grant development and fund management. Additionally, we serve as a mechanism for pooling resources to address community needs.

The Palacios Area Fund offers charitable services, scholarships, and grant opportunities to community members, while also supporting nonprofit organizations through awarding grants, fostering collaboration, researching funding opportunities, and crafting grant proposals.

Your contributions to the Palacios Area Fund are essential for the continued prosperity of our community.

Core focus areas

connect citizens to essential services, and award grants to supportive nonprofits. We also specialize in fostering community collaboration, researching grant opportunities, and crafting proposals for projects that help the Palacios community prosper.

Community initiatives

Planks On The Pier is a lasting way to honor and memorialize the people and special occasions most important to you. Pick a beautiful day to stroll down the Old Pavilion 4th Street Pier to enjoy both the past and present represented in each plank. Planks can be purchased through the Palacios Area Fund.

Breakfast With The Stars
