The board is seeking new members to serve three-year terms. ReBirth Empowerment Education needs human resources professional, marketing and communications professional, fundraising professional, organizational development professional, legal professional, and a person who specializes in strategic planning.
As volunteer leaders of the organization, members of the board collaborate with staff to implement strategies outlined in REE’s Strategic Plan and bring together volunteers to support those activities. Board members share their wisdom, professional expertise, community contacts, and financial resources.
Board members are responsible for raising funds in accordance with established organizational priorities, developing and nurturing relationships that will enhance and advance the mission, implementing strategies as articulated in the strategic plan, and maintaining a strong presence in the community.

- Volunteer 2-4 hours per month as needed for respective committee assignments and/or special projects.
- Make a financial contribution to the organization in accordance with one’s financial means.
