YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth

  • The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, founded locally in 1890, serves the greater Fort Worth area through 13 branches, including YMCA Camp Carter, YMCA Sports Complex and Association Childcare. It aspires to deliver lasting personal and social improvement to communities by focusing on three key areas: youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

In a post-pandemic community, the YMCA aims to serve its communities in more significant ways, and truly embrace its vision of being “the leader in creating experiences that strengthen families.”

If you are interested in serving on this board, please complete the Board Interest Form. You may also contact Teri L. McGuill at tmcguill@ymcafw.org

  • The YMCA is looking for new board members. The YMCA welcomes volunteers of all ages and backgrounds to share their time and talent. Volunteers are critical to strengthening communities, improving lives, and helping people reach their potential.

The YMCA of Fort Worth is seeking interest from the community for possible advisory & corporate board of directors members.

Board members have a richly rewarding opportunity to help the community through service with the YMCA and get to know and work with community leaders from all walks of life.
