Press Club of Dallas Foundation Scholarship
Press Club of Dallas Foundation Scholarship Fund: provides one-year awards of up to $5,000 to current college students who graduated from a high school in the DFW Metroplex and are currently pursuing a college degree in the Communications field.

- Eligible applicants must be current college students who have graduated from a high school in the DFW Metroplex.
- Must have completed 45 hours of collegiate coursework.
- Must be currently pursuing a college degree in the Communications field, including print and broadcast journalism, public relations, and advertising.

Selection is based on financial need, school extracurricular and work activities, demonstrated leadership potential, aspirations and ideals as expressed in an essay resonpse and work samples.
Applicants are required to complete an essay and the FAFSA and are encouraged to provide letters of recommendation. Finalists will be selected and invited to participate in an interview with the selection committee. Selection as a finalist does not guarantee selection as an awardee.
