Frequently asked questions

If you have created a username/password, then

1. Click the green Login button from the top right corner of any page
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Use the menu on the left-hand side of the page. Click on Fund Summary to view your fund balance, gift balance, and grant balance.

1.  Log in to your Fundholder Portal. 
2. Click the “person icon” on the top right side of the screen.
3. On this new page, you will see your current contact information as we have it listed in our records.

To update any of this information, click the navy “Do you want to update your contact information?” button on the top right of the screen, update your information, and save.

If you have already previously created a username/password, then:
1. Click the green Login button from the top right corner of any page.
2. Once on our Login landing page, click the link for the CFT Fundholder portal, or simply log in here
3. Enter Username and Password
4. Use the menu across the top of the page of the page to view information about your fund.
5. Click on Funds to view your fund balance. Click on Gifts to view gifts made into your fund. Click on Grants to view your grant history and recommend a new grant.

Visit our Login page and select your appropriate Login access portal. You can request your forgotten username and password through those links.

CFT Fundholders: If you are unable to access the email account associated with your login, please contact donorservices@cftexas.org to reset your password.

For NTX Giving Day: Please go to NorthTexasGivingDay.org or contact support@northtexasgivingday.org to reset your password.

Yes. Your username and password will work. This applies to fundholders, grant applicants, scholarship applicants, CFT for Business members, and North Texas Giving Day givers and nonprofits. Visit our Login page here.
