As senior community philanthropy officer for Communities Foundation of Texas, Ashley focuses on education and workforce development. She oversees CFT’s education portfolio, which focuses on degrees and credentials of value and quality jobs. In her role, she is responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities to affect positive systematic change within communities and executing programming efforts that are aligned with the Foundation.

During her tenure, she has grown and developed a nonprofit network focused on economic security through strategic capacity-building programs designed to increase their capacity to help families in North Texas become more financially stable, gain meaningful work, and develop economic mobility. Ashley is a capacity builder, passionate about data, human connections and relationship building — keys to effectively supporting nonprofits so they are better able to connect their work to improving systems.
