Kim is CFT’s human resources operations manager and is responsible for leading and maintaining the HR Technology platforms to support HR, payroll and benefits. She is also responsible for providing HR business partner support.
Prior to joining CFT, Kim worked in human resources with Macy’s. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and earned her HR certification in 2019.
