Teresa Pottorff, SPHR

As director of talent and organizational effectiveness, Teresa has a passion for people. She is responsible for maximizing the productivity of the organization by optimizing the effectiveness of the employees. She blends employee relations initiatives with strategic goals and is integral to our “Where Talent Thrives” talent and employee engagement strategies.

Prior to CFT, Teresa worked for Macy’s as a store manager and HR manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and earned her HR certification in 2016.
