As senior director of talent and organizational effectiveness, Teresa is responsible for driving the development and execution of all CFT Learning, Development and Performance Management practices. She also serves as the HR Business Partner for Educate Texas.
Prior to CFT, Teresa worked for Macy’s as a store manager and HR manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and earned her HR certification in 2016 and her Career Management coaching certification in 2024.
