The Aldredge House, located on famed Swiss Avenue in Dallas, Texas, was designed by Hal Thomson and built in 1917. It was acquired by the Dallas County Medical Society Alliance in 1974 from the family of George and Rena Munger Aldredge. It is recognized as the best preserved residential example of early 20th century Dallas architecture. The DCMSA has faithfully preserved this historical property which is a Texas Historic Landmark and on the National Register of Historic Places. Over 100 years old, this magnificent Grand Dame is in need of great repairs and restoration. Our preservation advisors know that the establishment of a preservation fund, The Aldredge House Preservation Fund, is the best way to restore and preserve this unique home.
