Blue Candlelight Music Series (BCMS) is a unique salon chamber music series dedicated to putting world-class musicians in a salon setting where most great chamber music was originally written. Music is paired with wine and food as well as free valet parking to make a spectacular evening for audiences and musicians.
BCMS was founded in 2002 as the brainchild of Daredjan “Baya” Kakouberi and Lisa Blue. Their vision was to enrich the cultural fabric of Dallas by presenting performances in the intimate surroundings of an elegant private home.

Board service terms last two years. Board members are preferred to have skills in business and long-term building and planning. An ability to analyze and make decisive moves is valued.

- Subscribe to the series, which currently costs $500
- Attend and participate in at least 75% of board meetings

Board meetings are held six times per year.
